Concept Design
Our design team translates the brief into spatial concepts — floor plans, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualisations. We present multiple directions and refine based on your feedback.
Design Development
The approved concept is developed into detailed design drawings, specifications, and engineering coordination. All systems — structural, MEP, AV — are integrated at this stage.
Construction Documentation
We produce a complete set of construction drawings, BOQs, and tender documents. This package forms the contractual and technical basis for the build.
Construction & Execution
Our site team manages all construction activities — contractor coordination, quality inspections, progress reporting, and issue resolution. You receive regular updates without needing to be on site.
Handover & Support
We conduct a thorough snagging process, commission all systems, and hand over a fully operational space with as-built drawings and maintenance documentation.
